A major British breakthrough in runner beans, Moonlight delivers predominantly self-setting plants producing large crops of smooth, fleshy, string-less pods up to 10” long even in a poorer UK summer. 3x 9cm pots - each pot has 2 plants. (Order may be despatched as 1x tray of 6 individual plants) When planting, place each pot equally between the 2 support canes and train one plant to each cane.
- Pre-prepare growing site with ample organic matter.
- Gradually harden off after all risk of frost has passed.
- Protect young plants from pests.
- Ensure plants have support to ramble (canes / wire / netting).
- Keep well watered whilst flowers are setting.
- Pick regularly to encourage the plants to keep flowering.
