SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
Unless specified otherwise, all products are shipped via courier, usually within 4 working days, but often much sooner. If you have ordered from our 18 plug plant selection, these may be sent via Royal Mail.

All plants are sent in specially designed packaging. We have had our packaging boxes specially made to a specific size to help ensure your plants reach you in excellent condition.

We use two types of plug packaging:

Ready To Post - Your plugs are packed in a Royal Mail Large Letter sized container, and sent without further Packaging. This is currently applicable ONLY to our products sold in 18 large/small plug plants

Small Parcel - Your plugs are packed into specially designed packaging. This is then wrapped in protective bubble wrap, sealed in a mailing bag before being handed to the couriers.
6cm, 7cm & 9cm pots

Pots are sent in specially designed packaging. This is then placed into a specially made carboard box, sealed and handed to the couriers.

On occasions, we may package them as per 'Plug Plants Small Parcel'
Oversize Plug Plants & Trays

XL plugs, XXL plugs, trays of 12 & 20 plants are placed in specially designed boxes, internally protected by bubble wrap, and then sent via courier.​
We endeavour to keep packaging to a minimum, but we also need to protect your plants!
Whilst every car is taken to ensure your items reach you in the expected condition, sometimes damages do happen, as items will pass through many hands and vehicles on their way to you.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can put things right for you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We only accept returns free of charge where we have sent the incorrect item. These will either be exchanged (at our expense) or offered to you at a reduced price.

In the event that you have ordered the wrong item (excluding plants), you may return the items to us (at your own cost) for either a refund or exchange. Where the replacement item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If the value of the exchange is lower, the the following applies:

Value of difference is £2.50 or less, no refund.

Value of difference is £2.51 or more, this will be refunded.
If you require us to send you a replacement due to you having ordered the wrong item, you will be required to pay P&P charges before the replacement is sent.

In the event that you have an issue with any live plants upon delivery, you MUST retain them as we may ask for photographic evidence before issuing either a refund or replacement.

Refund & Replacement policy on live plants:

Any claim for refunds or replacements must be made within 2 days from the date of delivery.

We may request that you wait for a longer period before we take any action if we feel that the plant(s) may recover.

Claims for refund or replacements is subject to the customer providing sufficient proof of the issue at the point of delivery, such as clear photographs. We reserve the right to request further photographs.

Should there be any issue with a plant from day 3 to day 7 (inclusive), it is at our discretion as to whether we refund, replace or take no action.

From day 8 after delivery, we are not responsible for any loss, damage or death of any plant as we have no control over the growing environment or in the way the plant has been cared for.
